ALR Hearing

When charged with driving while intoxicated your criminal case is one part, your license suspension is another part. Your license suspension is administrative hearing where a judge decides whether or not you get to keep your license or it gets suspended. With me as your lawyer and my experience, I have been very successful in getting individuals license’s back to them so there is no suspension on the record.
